Still trying to resolve issues with my daughters Sansa MP3 player.
She has had this since Christmas and it has been working fine, but all of a sudden, we tried to delete and add songs and now we get this error mesage saying that the "Requested Action Can't Be Performed Because The Player Has Stopped Responding Or Has Been Disconnected" (this is not the EXACT error message, but is basically what it is saying). I wrote SanDisk and they suggsted that I try to reinstall the Firmware, but the link that the Tech Person sent me did not have the e250 listed as a Supported Device. I don't know if I should just go ahead and use that Firmware update or not.
Any suggestions in helping me get this player back working again would be great!! Thanks....Martnus

you can try and reload firmware. Its worth a shot, worst case scenario you cal call them back to walk you through re-loading it.
I would try the player on a different computer to see if it does the same thing everywhere, if it does, chances are it needs to get replaced.
