subsctiption update

Player says my subscription must be updated. Have connect player and it won't update. Have reformatted (lost all my songs) and still won't do it.

THere is a 'red circle with a line thru it' at the bottom of the screen. Never seen it before. Does that have anything to do with it?

I download from Itunes and if it is protected I just burn it to a cd and rip it back into my libary as mp3

that msg only appears if the music is protected or if the license is already expired.  mp3 files doesn't have any DRM embedded in them so i'm thinking that you probably accidentally transferred a non-mp3 file... try to format your view and then retransfer the songs,

I tried reformatting but no use. It shows its connected to Rhapsody but doesn't act like it ever syncs. Thing has been a piece of crap since day one.
