View non-responsive

so i turned on my view the other day, and it stayed on the 'starting up' screen, but with a message at the top about there being a problem and connecting it to a computer and trying again. I tried this. Nothing. the screen stays blank now, the blue light around the wheel is lit, but dimmer than usual. i get a message that pops up saying it can't recognize the player, and it 'has malfunctioned' Smiley Surprised

Don't know. This is the Fuze board.

 

The View board is 4 doors down. Smiley Wink

It wants your MTP drivers(in Device Manager). Just uninstall it, and plug it in again, and it will reinstall by itself.
