Separate video from audio

is there a way to separate video from audio from a video file downloaded via AnyDVD Converter?

The only thing i can think of would be downloading a recorder such as audacity and recording it at normal speed. You can also try messing with the vlc media player settings if you have vlc meida player 0.8.6 or lower (Look under Windows 95/98/ME), there may be a way to do that by only saving the audio part when you stream a file.

If AnyDVD Converter works similar to their Any Video Converter then you should be able to just select one of the audio output types (like MP3) and it should be able to take a video file and create an audio only output file from it.
