I use Ruckus to download music. I have paid for the "ruckus to go" subsrciption but when I go to sync the music to my View, Windows Media Player will not recognize that I have the licences. Is anyone else using ruckus or having this problem?

I got it working on mine...dont mean to rub it in but this is how i did it.
exited out of WMP and Ruckus
Redid my DRM file like it shows in the help files of Ruckus.com
Opened up ruckus re-upgraded my licensing
Then redid my licenses for all my downloaded music.
You should really make sure you have WMP 11 btw
opened up WMP 11 plugged in device AND BAM synced it NO PROBLEMS!!!
all i can say is try and mess with your DRM files and try to renew your licensing and make sure you are using WMP 11.
let me know if i can help anymore

Did you upgrade to Win media player 11 before or after you redid your DRM folder? Are you using vista? This could also be a problem.
You may need to downgrad...errr upgrade to a more stable and user friendly OS like XP =P
