I "sync" my music with Windows Media Player 11. I find this most easy and also essential with the annoying protected WMA content that I have. For video's I either use the Sansa Media converter or I just 'drag and drop' it into the video folder in my Sansa.

You can just drag and drop music into your Sansa View Music folder.
1: Go to my computer
2: Sansa view
3: Internal Memory
4: Drag and Drop music to any where in the internal memory

Yes of course. I'll load up Windows Media Player while I go through this with you.
Things to have ready
- View plugged into the USB port
- Windows Media Player 11 loaded up
Steps to sync music to your Sansa
Firstly, when you have loaded up WMP 11, select the 'Sync' tab at the top.
Once you've connected your player it should appear on the right.
There is a 'Sync' list below your device details. Simply 'drag' files to this blank section. It should say 'drag items here'.
When you've completed dragging the files press 'start sync'.
The page should refresh and you'll be notified on the status of the transfer.
If you want anything in more detail just ask. Hope this helps you. Milo.

Hello I see you are very knowledgeable about the sansa products...I have recently purchased a sansa view and when I put in my installation disk, I was only offered the option of dowloading Rhapsody...so my question is where am I able to download the sansa media converter program for videos and audio?? I would really appreciate your assistance!
Thank you in advance,
