Expansion disk - how to integrate?

Hi all,

I have a 16GB Sansa View to which I recently added a 16GB micro SD card (because I was out of storage space on the original 16GB). The player recognized it just fine and it shows up in my Napster client as an expandable disk on the View. However when I went to download a playlist from Napster, it started out ok but then failed, saying I had no more room.

Is there something I need to do to get the View to automatically "overflow" onto the expansion disk when I'm downloading music to it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Expansion disk - how to integrate?

You can also drag-n-drop files directly onto the Expansion Card while connected in MTP mode; doing this will reduce the chances that you'll start getting duplicate titles (a known bug when using SDHC cards).

IIRC, Napster lets you specify whether your syncing to the Internal or External memory; but it always defaults to Internal (which is why it's telling you that there's no space).

Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a try.
