After Charging Issue

I just charged my view over night and now that I unplugged it it STILL shows connected. How in the world do I get rid of it? It will not shut down, no buttons work. HELP!!

Re: After Charging Issue

Sounds like you should try a soft reset: slide the power switch to the ON position, and hold it there for 20 seconds.  Release, then try powering up again.

Re: After Charging Issue

If that didnt work, hold power up along with menu key until everything is gone from screen. I dont suggest this, from what ive heard its not the best thing to do, but Ive shut my down countless times and only ever had one problem with my view, and it was driver related, not even the device.

Re: After Charging Issue

I've got the same problem. if I unplug it after adding tracks from Rhapsody the connected icon stays on.

The only way to turn off the View is to hold the off/reset button for at least 10 seconds.  Two seconds won't do it.  When I turn it back on I get the message that my subscription tracks have expired.  So I plug it in and it isn't recognized by either the Computor or Rhapsody.
