Can,t get it to turn off.
Continue holding the power button. It will eventually, usually after 20 seconds or so (although in some rare cases it could take up to a minute or more), resetting it in the process.
Can you describe the process of turning it off?
Got this from the KB. “To turn off the Sansa Clip or Sansa Fuze player, slide the Power switch up for approximately 10 seconds, then release it.”
