when i move the wheel, the whole screen goes blank so i cant see what i am scrolling over and im not sure what to do please help
Are you still messing atround with this same player? 
Conversionbox advised you over a month ago in another thread to get it replaced as defective. There’s nothing you can do with it.

Seriously? I think the problem is conflicting with the screen, and the wheel. Something might be wrong with the circuit board in the Fuze, but I think Conversionbox beat me to the answer.
I’ll do it for ConversionBox, GET YOUR FUZE REPLACED.
