Has anyone tried this? All the threads I can find are about the 8 gb player with 16 gb cards.
It will read any sized card, from the lowly and pretty much obsolete 512mb up to and including the recently released 32GB version.

Thanks for the reply. Is there anything special I need to do to get the player to read the card? I just returned a 2gb fuze to buy.com because the player would freeze when I inserted my card.

Nope. Just be sure the player is powered off when you insert the card. Trying to stick it in with the player on can cause problems (including, but not limited to freezing).
