The DRM issue should be noted, thats true. But for users that don’t already own DRMed WMAs it should not be a problem, because the chance that this particular feature ever becomes important again is practically zero. Nowadays nobody should buy DRMed music and in the past DRMed music was mostly iTunes music, that the fuze doesn’t play anyway (without removing DRM and converting to another format).
