Just upgraded to firmware 2.28 and now have this butt ugly orange slor radio icon on my main menu.
Is there a way to get rid of that?
I find it a bit offensive because it’s apparently just an advertisement telling us to go buy slot radio cards.
Yes, I saw the pamphlets, and the web site info - I don’t need a menu icon because, frankly, I have zero interest in buying pre-filled memory cards. Why don’t they spend time working on something I want like gapless playback instead of this.
I’ve downgraded back to 2.26.
Please, in the future give us a way to leave the big orange icon off our menu.
What’s next? Showing adverts while we listen to our music? If I ever see that happen I’ll ad Sandisk to my blacklist.
