The knob that sansa fuze has for volume etc is not working

I got a question if anyone else has ran into this problem.

One day I turned on my fuze and everything was fine. Thats until I was trying to go to my music. The knob wouldnt turn like it is supposed to. Seems to be stuck. Nothing was placed on my player on top that is.  Also when I was trying to turn up the volume same thing the knob wouldnt work.Any suggestions?

what do you mean by ‘not working’?  is the scrollwheel stucked or is it just not responsive?

i think you need to have it replaced but ask sandisk anyway, they might have some other tricks they can try…
