Slow transfert...

Hi,

I don’t know if it’s normal, but i’ve transfert 78 miniclips movies (6 mins each, 1.9Gb total) to the MicroSD via the Sansa Fuze, and it take 45 mins… What is that? If i remove the MicroSD and transfert the same movies but with my computer directly into the MicroSD (with a MicroSD/USB adapter) and it take 7min…

Same thing with the internal memory… when I transfert my MP3 from MonkeyMedia, this one put the mp3 into the “root” of the Fuze. So I move after to the music directory(i know the fuze can read MP3 from the root, but I want to keep clean), and it take forever to acomplish the task…

Are you using a USB 2.0 connection?

of course… my computer have the 2.0… all my other external device (like external hard drive, usb key, etc.) are 2.0… but the Fuze refuze (hahaha) to transfert faster…

Are you transferring in MTP or MSC mode? MTP transfers are generally slower.
