Sansa Media Converter Won't Install on Windows Vista 64 Bit

I downloaded the Sansa Media Converter from this link. Upon installation on my Vista 64 bit PC, I get the message, “Internal Failure, Error Number 0x80040707, Description: (none provided)”  followed by another dialogue box that says, “Severe, Error loading DirectX DLL (0x100)”

I redownloaded the installer, saved it on the PC, and tried it again but got the same results.

Is this program compatible with Vista 64 bit?  If not, I have other media converter. Is it possible for you to provide the exact video specd (video and audio codecs used in compression, bit rates for both video and audio, video resolution) that this converter ouputs with for the use on the Fuze?

*Edit* This converter installed and has been working fine on my Windows XP 32 bit machine .

This threadhas video specs for the E200 v2, which uses the same firmware as the Fuze.
