Sansa Fuze is not working

I was listening to music 2 days ago and suddenly it just froze and shut down. The screen is black, the blue ring won’t light up, and it the computer shows it as an unknown device. I’ve had my fuze since December. Please help me. I have tried to reset the player for 15 secs, 30 secs, all the way up to one minute. I had no success. I have the 8GB silver version 2.
