I am about to toss my Sansa Fuze in the trash because it froze while it was trying to refresh the media. I have tried everything I’ve read about to reset it but nothing is working. Sometimes it even goes to a white screen. Can anyone help? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Sounds like a defective player. Return it for a new one if you can, If not call Sandisk about a RMA. They also know losts of extra tricks about fixing it.
