When I connect the Sansa to the PC, the battery shows it’s charging for about 15-20 seconds and then stops. The battery has of course run out. I cannot turn the Sansa on because “battery is low.” Any ideas how to correct this? Thanks.
Make sure you are plugging into a USB port that is on the back of a desktop PC, or if a laptop, make sure it’s plugged in.
Try that and see if you get different results. Let us know if it works better that way. If not, there are other steps to take.
Thanks replying, tenzip – I changed PCs, plugged the Fuze into another laptop as per your message and the battery seems to be charging !! It seems we’re back in business !! Thanks again.
