No luck with that either; I’ve already tried that. And, there appears to be no problem with the cord. I use it to connect to other comps and I can view my mp3s on the device just fine. It’s just on my Acer netbook that I can’t view them. I thought it might be a software problem as I haven’t gotten the “Sansa Software” but that doesn’t appear to be a problem at other comps.
