If wrong…they have a troubleshooting guide and a support number you can call.
Every single question or concern I’ve ever had with my fuze has been covered usually multiple times in this forum. I had a couple of issues with my first fuze and after searching the forum for a couple of minutes; I found the answers to all of my questions. This forum is a wonderful resource, if used properly…

Don’t worry, majority of people should not have problems since this product is easy to setup.
Only people with problems show up in this forum, which give you impression that a lot of people have problems dealing with Sansa.
