If a file is 60 minutes long, the fuze will skip to the next file after 20 minutes. Other than cutting the file into smaller sections, are there any fixes for this?

You’re going to need to add a lot more details about your problem.
I regularly play podcasts that are over two hours long and I’ve never had any problems.
So it’s probably a problem with the way your files are encoded or the tools that you’re using are producing non-compliant files.
