Suddenly now when I transfer Rhapsody Playlists to my Fuze version 1.02.31A, the Playlist categories are no longer listed at all in my Fuze but instead all the tracks I had categorized and transferred by dragging Playlists are now scattered around my Fuze and listed in no order under Artists, Albums, Tracks, etc. I’ve tried formatting the memory and starting over but the Playlist categories still no longer appear. I’ve tried downloading version 1.03 of the firmware with the Sansa Updater but the new version doesn’t even appear in the Updater. The Fuze “Reset Factory Settings” doesn’t solve anything either.
