Is there a Solution to the WMA problem?

Hi,

Thanks for responding to me.

These files that don’t play are regular wma files.  They are not lossless or wma pro, i don’t have the software to create those kind of files.

The files i have are not from a subscription music service.

They are of various bit rates and some are 64 some are 80, some are 48,  some are vbr.

I have an old sansa music player that you have to put a AA battery in and these files work on that.  I have been using these files for years. I have had other mp3 players and they worked on those too.   It is only when I try to put them on my new device that I have problems.

I have dragged and dropped them. I have used both mtp and msc, with dragging and dropping and windows media player.

The previous fuze I purchased i took back to the store because I thought it was defective.  I am going to have to return this one two.
