Is it worth to replace the Fuze stock ear phones with expensive ones?

THANKS FOR THE CABLE TIP.please excuse me and my typing. I hurt my back and am on some heavy pain meds…  Trying to type from bed is not so easy.  But I’ll give that a try sounds good to me!! George
