Is it worth to replace the Fuze stock ear phones with expensive ones?

Actually I think the cheap buds that come with the Fuze are really great for what they are.  They appear to have good frequency response and decent separation of segments of the music program; I’m farily happy with them.  Even with classical music.  The only complaint is the foam “shower caps” that fall off.  I like having the bud in the outer portion of the ear.  I can adjust them for a “tight” fit and more isolation or a looser fit and hear more of the outside world.  MSOT of the time I need to hear some of the outside world ( my crying baby, the car about to hit me in the crosswalk, the boss walking across the office, the announcement on the PA that the office meeting is going to start, the phone ringing…)  Aside from being on a plane or subway I can’t envision using an in-ear bud.
