Is it worth to replace the Fuze stock ear phones with expensive ones?

I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend the Sennheiser CX300. The sound may be above average, but after you have plugged them into your ears you hear your own breath and in addition moving the cable produces deep bumps in sound.
