Is it worth to replace the Fuze stock ear phones with expensive ones?

I researched and came up with these 2 options:

or

What do you guys think is better?

If you decide to go for the Sennheiser CX-300s, then be really careful if getting them through eBay or Amazon Marketplace. There are simply loads of fakes out there, more than the genuine article. They look every bit as good as the real thing and some people will say they sound good, too, mainly because they haven’t experienced in-ear phones before. But they won’t be the same quality in either materials nor sound.

There are other fake phones around - Sony, Bose, Shure etc (http://fakeheadphones.com/)

Better to be safe than sorry and pay a little extra to an authorised dealer to get the real thing .
