The View has a larger screen and supports “digital copy” movies transferred from select DVDs. It also has problems that may never be fixed (the last View firmware update was almost two years ago, I believe). If you simply MUST have your “digital copies” and you want a Sansa, get the View. Otherwise, get a Fuze.
