Hello guys, I have a Sansa Fuse and it has a lot of junk in memory by mistake. Is it good to perform a “Format” to the system to delete all files instead of deleting them individually?

It’s not a bad idea. Just make sure you have a backup of all the files you want to keep.
Depends on how big your memory is, how full it is, and how much of that used space is ‘junk’.
Formatting will remove all content, so you will have to re-load everything (sans ‘junk’) afterward.
