HELP!
I’ve just done a firmware update on my Sansa Fuze and I can’t hear it anymore!
Does anybody know how to ‘undo’ the firmware update, please?

I have already found a solution and it’s along the same lines. I also suspect that, after installing the firmware, when the Sansa asks what language and region, if you select America rather than Europe you may avoid the problem (the regulation regarding volume levels does not apply in the USA).
I appreciate that Sansa were acting in good faith regarding this matter but I do feel that the volume level chosen is ridiculously low!
