Yes you can ! Just do a manual install of the firmware you want to install! I have the newest firmware installed in both my wife’s unit and mine and all is well!! Great new features and works fine … I don’t think your not going to like the newest version! It has not let me down! Look in my sig and you can see our units and firmware I have installed… I have been running the new firmware from Friday night… Sandisk did a great job with it!! They have a hit IMO!!! George
