Does any body know if the sleep timer bug will be fix in the next firmware update?

I don’t know, they’ve had plenty of other things brought to their attention. Frankly, this one wasn’t too big a deal, but for your sake I hope it is fixed.

Well you are right the bug wasn’t a big deal, but I just that type of people who like things to work the right way. Hopefully it will be fix, by the day… while readingthis link:

I noticed that SansaFix knows about the issue and said that it should be fix with this firmware update.

Just because he knows doesnt mean it will be in THIS Firmware or any for that matter. It just means that its acknolaged. It may be in this Firmware or maybe the next one or the one after that, and so on. For now there are probelems experianced by greater masses that much be addressed, things like video lag, and SMC, Bugs with Playlists, as well as the bug with the volume to which some have reported hearing damage. These will most likely be fixed first, but these may not be addressed in the next FW
