I have tried everything I can think of:dizzy_face:. I have read 317 messages, most of which are not applicable, and have tried resetting my Fuze+ and reformatting from my PC after I received a database error then a very quick shut down.
I have:
- Turned off my Fuze and held the << down while plugging into my PC.
- Tried reformatting only to get a message that Windows was not able to complete the format.
- Deleted all of the files off the Fuze and tried reformatting; again, to no avail and the deleted files reappear, even after I empty the recycle bin.
- I have tried every combination of formatting FAT32, FAT, NTFS, etc. and all come back with unable to complete.
Please help.
