Are you on a PC? If so the process is easy and I can explain it to you. Being less farmillar with Macs I am not so able. Us Know. Did you download the Sansa Updater? If not try that, if you have and that is causeing this problem look thru the board there are some threads with the instructions on how to manually do an update.
