1.) Yes, when in Music mode, they are sorted by ID3 tags. If you want to sort by file name, you must use Folder mode.
2.) Again, it’s a tag issue. If the ID3 tag is missing or in a format the player does not recognize it will be be displayed. Usually in this case, they will be filed under “Unknown”.
