I’ve been using my clip+ for several years. I’m now stuck in voice and can’t figure out how to get back to Main Menu. Any sggestions please?
Do what’s called a soft reset. Hold down the power button for a full 30 seconds. (If you have headphones on you’ll hear a click about 10 seconds after the display turns off.) Then turn it on and hit the Home button on the upper right.
Thank-you Black-Rectangle for replying. I did try what you said, wearing ear buds but didn’t hear any sound around the ten sec. point. The Power did turn off about that time then after the 30sec point I turned the power on, pressed home and there was Voice still there.
Perhaps a silly question, but did you try pressing the small home button and then navigating from there?
