Just got the SanDisk Clip + but am ,seemingly, unable to charge it. I 1st tried it on the computer with the enclosed ubs cord- no luck. I changed slots (to attach cord) no luck. I then discovered that my cell phone charger worked with the player but again- no luck. I tried charging on all 3 formats but still the battery display remained a sliver and that,s all. Do I just have a defective player or am I doing something wrong?- Thanks
First, did you peel off the sticker that covers the display? Then, can you charge it using a wall plug and adapter? I use my Kindle adapter to charge since my computer is too old to charge devices. If it still doesn’t charge then contact the seller.
