Um, help?

My dad and I just recently got out Sansa Clip MP3 players. (Sat. Feb. 28th)

My dad was listening to his when he noticed a little … bubble … next to the charge bar.

It’s just a big, yellow dot right next to the charge bar.

We have no idea what it is or what it means, and mine doesn’t have it.

Help?

First. you are in the FAQ and Stickies board. Your Questions will get more views and more potential solutions on the Sansa Clip forum. That being said. How did you dad get music on there? If he is using a program like rhapsody the dot usually is an indicator related to that. I dont know for sure but if you repost on the clip forum some one there probably will

This dot is the Rhapsody account status indicator.  When you synchronize with Rhapsody, your music is licensed for up to 30 days.  The dot will change as the 30 day period transpires.  I was surprised when I first saw it.

As your subscription renewal approaches, you will also get a brief message on the Clip’s display when powering up.

On the Sansas with color diaplay, this dot starts as green, and progresses through yellow and red.
