Sansa clip+ cannot be mounted in MSC mode

I have installed gparted for testing the drive and the result is:

The partition sda1 seems have some problems; dosfstools and mtools are installed.

In Windows7 I haven’t the same error, in fact the partition (sda=7Gb) is reading without errors and named SANSA CLIPP

If I format the partition with gparted from linux in fat32, I can reinstall the OF without problems? What is the procedure?
