My Sansa Clip looks like it’s playiing, but I get no audio. On FM it’s fine. How fix?
Try reloading the firmware. In one of the threads near the top of the page there is a download link for the firmware. Forget about the Updater, just use the Manual method.
Make sure you are getting the right firmware for either Clip or Clip Plus. Download the firmware file from the All Regions link and unzip it.
Go to Settings/System Settings/USB Mode and make it MSC.
Drag the unzipped firmware file or folder onto the Sansa Clip driveletter. When you disconnect it should update or repair the firmware.
