Search for kmc2005 response. 

  1. Turn off your Sansa by pushing the Power button (left side) UP and holding for about 10 seconds.

  2. Once it has powered down, push the Power button DOWN to the lock position.

  3. Press and hold the center button WHILE plugging your Sansa into your USB cable.
