I have a problem with my sansa clip. I installed the new firmware (V02.01.35F),after have got problems with the EQ,and volumen is lower than before. So, I want install the older firmware,but I don’t know,how can do this.

Di you select Europe as your Region after updating the firmware? There is a mandatory volume cap in place for that area. Reset your Factory Settings (or Defaults) and select North America if you’re in the US, or Rest Of World if you’re not. Your Volume (High/Normal) setting will be back and your EQ will work again.
