Hi, my sansa clip zip got corrupted, but after doing a reset (holding down the power button) it no longer shows any words in menus. I’ve tried formatting, and restoring to factory settings, but it doesn’t work. I believe i need to do a manual firmware update, but I’m not sure how. Can anyone help?
