I recieved my Clip+4 for Christmas, and now for some reason, the headphone jack won’t stay connected and I can no longer turn the volume up (only down). I’m not sure why this is happening, its not like I’m really hard on my stuff. I am not sure if I ever registered my product, so I don’t know what i can do. Any suggestions?
The Clip+ has a one year warranty, two years in the EU. You can register your Sansa by clicking on the red SanDisk icon in the upper left of this screen, then click on Support.

You don’t need to register, for warranty assistance. I would just telephone SanDisk for a replacement.
