Not Recognized by Windows 7 in MSC mode

Win7 will recognize Clip+ in MTP mode but not MSC mode. Any suggestions?

I assume you’ve gone to USB Mode under the settings on the Clip+ and set it to MSC, and then tried to connect?

It is in MSC mode. Win7 does recognize the Clip+ in  in MTP mode which kinda defeats one of the best features of the Clip (drag & drop). The MS Win7 Compatibility site gives the Clip+ a check mark. It’s only half-right so far as I can tell

You can drag and drop in MTP mode too, you know.
