My Sansa clip+ won't turn on what so ever

I have tried your reset method multiple times. (Once for a whole minute), and still nothing. Is it possible it just needs a few days rest?, I remember something like this happening in the past and I just ignored the player for a while (not sure how long), and it worked again. I don’t remember if I did something to it though to get it to work. Please help me.
