My Sansa Clip+ freezes on me

I don’t know what is wrong with my new Sansa Clip+

It froze on me like, twice. I wouldn’t play the next song, or it won’t play at all. I have to restart it.

I hardly use it. I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Did I transfer my songs wrong?

This is probably another symptom associated with  the issue described in your other thread, or it could be caused by bad (or wrong format) ID3 tags.

Best to format the player, getting rid of everything. Then re-load using your Dell (PC). The Mac’s liable to cause you grief, especially if you’re using both this and a PC.

And after formatting to clear things away, use Kopymac (Internet freeware) when transferring files from your Mac–it prevents the creation/transfer of pesky admin files that the Mac creates, that cause the Clip to freeze.
