My Clip+ wont charge

hello all,

i purchased a clip+ in January and havent had any problems up until now

when i plug it in to my computer usb to charge it connects as normal, i can add new music, the display indicates that its charging

but aven after leaving it charging for several hours i have about 30 seconds of battery life then it dies

i havent done anything irregular to it. nothing out of the usual or no settings changed.

(i dont have a mains charger)

please help. il be so dissapointed if thats it.

You might try a different USB port.

You also may want to try reapplying the latest firmware (see the sticky thread at the top of the forum).  If the issue persists, I’d get a warranty replacement.
