I have to return my SansaClip+ for a replacement and have the authorization number.
I'm in Thailand and the UPS preprinted label is for USA shipping so I will mail the unit in
at my own expense. In my email to them I stated that I will ship it but they mailed me back the label
and not the physical address.
Does anyone have the mailing address of the customer service center located in
Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin? That is where I mailed my other defective unit.
